Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Below is our transparent cancellation and refund policy designed to keep arrangements smooth for both our guests and safari operations.

1. Cancellation Timeline

Customers can cancel their booking up to 6 days before the scheduled safari / travel date.

2. Refund Policy

  • On cancellation made 6 days prior to the travel date, the customer will receive a 60% refund of the total booking amount.
  • The remaining 40% will be retained as processing, permit, and management charges.

3. No Refund Cases

No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 6 days of the travel date.

Additionally, no refund will be applicable in case of:

  • No-show by the customer
  • Late arrival
  • Incomplete documentation provided by the guest

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or bank account shared by the customer.

5. Force Majeure

JMD Wildlife shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, forest authority decisions, or other unavoidable circumstances. Refunds in such situations will depend on applicable government / safari authority rules.
